Please recommend if any……reliable hosts, I have googled and yahooed there are many providers, like examples I totally confusing.

What is your requirement as far as Disk Space and Bandwidth, do you also have any preference on the location of the Server?

There are hundreds of companies that sell Alpha Reseller Hosting from a quick Google Search, but stay clear of those who offer "Unlimited" plans. I have been watching the Alpha playing field for some time now and have seen a lot of "Fly By Night" companies out there. Search WHT for more on that.

Have you looked over the reseller forums?

I would be very cautious before ordering an alpha master reseller package - make sure to do extensive research on the company before purchasing

You might be better off looking at a VPS, Alpha Reseller providers are, generally, not the best providers. And don't worry about managing a VPS, there are many providers here that provide fully managed VPS services.

Agreed. I personally think there are too many levels to go through to get support. Sure the provider may be good but for all you know, your provider could be a super duper alpha reseller with 10 levels of access above him.

If you are restricted by budget then make sure your provider knows what they are doing and if they have full access to the server (not necessarily physical access), you should expect some more reliability than if you just jump to the first offer that comes to you. Goes for all type of hosting, not just reseller/alpha reseller.

And don't worry about managing a VPS, there are many providers here that provide fully managed VPS services.

I suppose the TS has reasons for not going for a VPS or a Dedicated directly, perhaps because he needs the service to be managed.

Personally, starting off with a Reseller or Master Reseller would be better to garner some experience. You will find that disk-space and usage will use up pretty quickly as you go up the chain (Reseller-> Master Reseller -> Alpha Reseller). To get a reliable host which provide you with sufficient resources without either blatantly or discreetly overselling, you would be limited by your budget greatly.

I think you meant FFmpeg and RVSiteBuilder, not FFmpeg or RVSiteBuilder.

FFmpeg and RVSiteBuilder do completely different things.

FFmpeg is used to upload and encode videos on the fly, where as RVSiteBuilder allows your clients to create websites using a site builder. RVSiteBuilder integrates with cPanel.
