whats the deal with payquakes support team? non-existant.

i submitted an application for merchant account 2 weeks ago. at first they would reply regularly on a consistant basis.

I email a rep asking for an approval confirmation, he indicates 6 days ago I have been approved. However, after sending numerous emails to him, another rep and the support team; i haven't received a single email since. Even common questions regarding their service never get answered.

They claim 24/7 support. I'm very disappointed with their speed.

I am considering PayQuake. The terms are fair. The support has been overwhelming compared to 2checkout or PayPal which we have been using! I have been contacted three times to follow-up on the information that was sent to me. I have been too busy to read all the fine print terms. Tonight, a customer support rep left a voicemail and said that he would be more than willing to walk through the terms with me.
