Dear Members,
I am planning to host our company web and email. Could you please suggest for best hosting company?
Thanks

If it's for your company then uptime is important.
Be prepared to look around and be prepared to spend a bit of time looking around (here's the only place you'll need to look) and to spend a few extra $$$
Chances are if it's the average company site then it's not going to be a rip-roaring success so you don't need to worry about bandwidth and you can go with some of the more conservative operators (those that aren't overselling bandwidth?).
Email will probably be very very important to you. This is the area where the plans give least information. It's important to have good control of email and lists and to be able to setup blocking rules and possibly to have proprietary spam and virus pretection thrown in as well.
Lastly you might not be interested in things like CGI and things like that. If so get a plan that doesn't include them as the other idiots on the same box will be playing around with them and will bring the whole machine down occasionally.
I won't bother giving recommendations. You'll find plenty here. You could try submitting a request in "Web Hosting Requests" but I bet you'll be swamped. I did post thirty odd names on a thread recently though. If you have a good look around you find it.

Go with verio, yes they are expensive but thats what you need for a company, never try to post on request forum, all hosts hanging around there are very very new and usually dont have many customers yet.

I've been replying to requests there lately and we've been around for a year and have hundreds of very satisfied clients. I think you meant to say - "most hosts hanging around there....." :D

hmmm yes it was bit of a generalisation :D
Just find out as much as you can about any providers before parting with cash and rememeber that the cheapest, too good to be true deal, aint always the best option :) You should do fine if you follow those common sense rules :)

Presently we are with 3Disystems.com. Worst Support. Most of the time we get "Winsock Error" and "Tme out" while fetching the mails. Some times the mail reaches after 2hours, 6hrs so on.

I can see why you'd want to move. :)
But seriously, I would never recommend putting in a Request in that forum. As someone else said, mostly startups desperate to get clients and would sell you the moon for $2/mo.
