Simply i renewed my domain and after 2 weeks i decided to change password

i used the reset pass form

got a confirmation reset pass link , changed it :)

tried to log in with the new pass , but no hope

contacted the support they told me nothing wrong spell the user right

and am sure of my details :)

now tried to reset pass again , they sent me nothing !!!

I used Name.com's password reset last night without any problems.
Are you sure you didn't have Caps Lock on?

it was working fine , then after change , get a wrong pass error !!!

i let it for 5 days then gave another trial they replied me it's working fine

tested it again ,n got the same error

then i decided to reset it again !!!

didn't recieve any reset pass mails !!!

donno what that means ? :s

Now it's working fine

it was a system lag :)
