Looking for an offline invoicing solution currently.

We dont want our ordering process to become 100% automated. When an order comes want to be able to enter the details into the program which should generate an invoice and e-mail off for an smtp server or DNS server. Need to be able to do remittance for the invoices.

I know this has been asked hundreds of times, but I need an offline proggy for the job.

Easy to use, inexpensive, and expandable to grow with your business.

Quickbooks is highly recommended.

I don't know how much you want it tied into an accounting package though. Quickbooks can do accounting, and some small business functions very well.

Check http://www.pricewatch.com you can usually pick up an OEM copy real cheap. Lots of online support is available too...
