Dangit! I hate to have to sensationalize my topic but how else am I supposed to get a response?

I have had a support request open w/ 2Checkout for 13 days now and despite my constant irritating replies (bumps) to my issue through their support ticket system I have yet to get a single response!

This is ridiculous!

I usually make posts with the subject "REPLY OR LOSE MY BUSINESS" and that seems to get them going..

2checkout better get their act together in terms of support, else they won't have anyone to support.

Yup...they have not responded to my ticket for over 2 weeks now..LOL

it's even about a serious billing issue...gez

I just signed up for an account with them because I need a merchant account that can be integrated with modern bill. I was using hostcharge before, maybe i'll continue. Providing bad support is the worst thing a company can do.

Sorry to hear that, i hope they take care of it soon.

And it only took 13 days!

I've become fed up with them, no 24 hour support, serious lags in support, attitudes about customers inquiries, hasnt gotten better from my perspective and I've used them for 3 different accounts since 2001

Open a new ticket with your old ticket number and in the subject line put **Attention Kieth**

It will get handled quicker

Send them back to back emails....... like 1o per 2Hrs

I do nut use 2CheckOut. I recently had someone ask me to add it to a piece of software and I must say 2CheckOut is HORRIBLE. The support/customer service is rude, incompetent, and unacceptably SLOW. I am seriously considering removing any support for their service from the software but it depends on how many sales it might cost. I was blown away by their sheer incompetence and haven't seen anything like it since before eBay bought PayPal!
