Ok would like to know from actual customers if you are having any sort of problem lately as we are considering get one dedicated server with them!

I have a server with them and I like it, we were down last week for about 3 hours while another server on the rack we were on was getting DoSed, other than that it's been good.

Yes, I know the owner and have talked to him several times. They seem very professional and even though cheaply priced... they still provide a good quality of service.

I no longer host with them but when I did my sites were down constantly, sometimes for several hours with no response from the help desk, or they would just say that they're fixing it.

This is the exact reason we have discontinued the reseller plan you were on. Users hogging resources of other users was the issue with your server and we haven't had any major problems since then.
