Hi
Very basic question
I am new to linux, i brought a new server centos/ whm /cpanel. like to install rvsitebuilder. purchase done, licenses got. how to install

I got this details
cd /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/
rm -rf rvsitebuilderinstaller.tar
wget http://download.rvglobalsoft.com/rvsitebuilderinstaller.tar
tar -xvf rvsitebuilderinstaller.tar

using the putty - i login, then i type #cd /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/ so i got a result no file or directory find

else any other way to install this

Hello,

Please try a cpanel update i.e /scripts/upcp --force and then use the above commands.

Are you using the root username? After that, login into WHM as root and click on the RVSite Builder in the plugins section to complete the installation.

Hi,

Are you sure the cpanel installation is correct? The folder /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi/ should be present by default in cPanel. Also please refer to the Rvsite builder installation guide here

Where and how was CPanel isntalled. Sounds like either cpanel isnt installed and your trying the installation first of this OR it was installed in some very odd way.

Do a yum update as well to make sure all other things are updated and in order.
