As for "unlimited" reseller packages, leaving aside the fact that a limited amount of money will only realistically buy you a limited amount of anything (read: the limit will probably be set via CPU/memory usage somewhere in the terms of service), using such a package puts your own business model at risk. So, you should take a look at the price of dedicated servers, to which you'll have to upgrade as your business grows, and figure your probable sustainable pricing out of those.

You can also try to make use of overselling, which is not a bad thing, but don't go overboard with it. Take the safe route, and increase the overselling levels only when you have history and enough customers to draw a conclusion on actual average customer usage levels.

I'd suggest you to check out on the WHT's offer section first, and see if some great deals and offers there suit to your needs.
Then, you can shortlisted them and ask others opinion here or simply do a quick search and see about their reviews here on WHT.

The host can just stop providing service when they cannot make profit.

I would check the offers section of WHT, please note however hosts are not permitted to post offers for "Unlimited' plans. I would personally steer clear of any "Unlimited Space or Bandwidth Plans"....

To tell the truth, I never seen a windows unlimited reseller, another thing, its not good to go with unlimited for anything.

I would look straight into a Good but not unlimited reseller hosting. Unlimited does normally means that limits are not shown and/or hidden.

I would also like, if any of the WHT members know, a good reseller of windows hosting, I've been looking too.

In general you should avoid unlimited hosting plans (websites / MSSQL etc) as basically you are on a server that is bound to be abused. Get more conservative and pay for good quality hosting. Think long term and you will be successful.

I would stay away from the unlimited packages if I were you.

The only information that I can provide is, every thing has a limit, from hosting to life, you have limit on each and every thing.
