Ok guys,

Well we have 4 servers with the following configurations that we're now prepared to sell:

AMD XP1700+
512MB RAM (upgradable all the way to 3 GB, Asus motherboard)
40 gb hdd
10/100 NIC (3com)
up to 16 free ip addresses
1mbps of bandwidth (324gb) billed on the 95th percentile
Bandwidth provided is a BGP4 route of Yipes, Peer1, Ottawa Telecomm, and has private peering with Torix, Nyiix, and Ottix
99.5% uptime guarantee

Free APC Access (remote reboot)
Free MRTG Graphs (bandwidth mapping)
Free Port Monitoring (selection of dns, ftp, pop3, smtp, ping, ssh, http, https, cpanel, cpanels, whm, whms)

$150/mo, Free setup

And since im in the christmas spirit, we'll also provide CPanel/WHM for $50/mo, instead of the usual $60, so get them while they last, as im sure you all know, 1mbps of tier1 + fast server is difficult to get at this price usually :).

You can ping 66.11.162.3, you can download http://www.prioritycolo.com/test.zip for a speed test, and if you want to setup gameservers for Canadians (do i hear a yay?), this is definatly the place to do it as we get < 30ms pings to a good chunk of Canada, and i would suspect near most of Ontario with the private peering over Torix and Ottix.

All prices are listed in USD of course BTW, if you have any questions, please let me know.

<edit>we're now down to 2 servers, once they're gone, they're gone :)</edit>

Regards,

Is the RAM DDR, and how do you think the xp performs vs the p4?

The ram in these models is SD, thats why it can get up to the full 3GB, they're using the ASUS A7A133 Motherboards. Personally i prefer the XP series to the p4's, they use more power, produce some more heat, but we've yet to have a single failure, and i'm told quite often they're a lot quicker.

Oh yea, is there any contract involved or is it month to month?

Month to month, no contract involved unless you really want one :).

To answer other questions (brought in private):

- Peering over Torix consists of around 25 providers on the Torix switch, our uplink has direct peering with approx 20 of them, which basically includes all/almost all broadband providers in Ontario. Ping to the torix switch is < 5ms (time to the providers off the switch is obviously dependant on their network).

- Yes, we will install windows at no extra charged provided with the media/licenses.

- Yes, installing FreeBSD is not a problem for us, no extra charge of course.

- Servers will be setup within 24 hours, they're going up later tonight (approx 4 hours), as they're getting freshly formatted of course.

Hello Myles

I have a customer interested in move to a dedicated server, he use around 180 GB month, but he don't want to be billed at 95% because he have peaks of 3-4 Mbps, do you have any plan to fit his needs?

Regards

Jedito,

Get in touch with me and lets take a look at our MRTG Graphs,

Because of your timezone (if he's local to you aussies :D), his graph might be skewed perfectly to kind of fit into our existing "sin wave bandwidth pattnern" to level it out :).
