Hi im running a server with ensim 3
and there is an account on there set up to start the bandwidth clycle on the 1st of the month, however the limit is saying 88% used and doesnt seem to have reset at all since the account was opened.

can anyone tell me how to fix this please?

Actually its quikte possible there are some missing records in the database or for some reason the database is corrupt.
Difficult to say without logging onto the actual machine.
