Hi,
I was registered a domain reseller account under Domainregisternow.com Directi panel.. :(
And then charge it 50$ via paypal gateway.
Now my balance is 50$ but I can not register any domain under this reseller panel!!

I tried to register some domains.. but always there was this error : Order Locked Processing.

I asked the reason from ResellerClub online chat
They said Domainregisternow have not any money in his account!!!
But they don't help me!!
Is there any way to get my money back?

thank you

Hello,

The registration order for ....com is stuck due to insufficient funds in your parent reseller account "support@domainregisternow.com".

Kindly ask your parent reseller to add funds to his account and click on the Retry button after which the order will be processed automatically.

Please feel free to revert to us for any further assistance.

Regards,
Keith.

taken back, if you do not get anywhere, PayPal will help get your cash back.

I would start a dispute regardless since you want quick action & don't want to wait days/weeks after you have no resolve.

There is no issue protecting yourself, if there willing to resolve paypal can help escalate it quickly.

Better ask for an explanation from the provider and ask for a refund, keep a record of the communication and if they don not help. Initiate a Paypal dispute/chargeback.
