I am working on getting a programmer to write a script that will deploy Sphera Hosting Director's API into a web interface for customer sign up and total automatic account creation.

The quotes that I have so far range from $5000 t0 $11,000.

Based on interviews with several well known programmers (Danubetech) we could have a system that literally requires absolutely no human intervention from account creation to monthly billing.

I am looking for 2 or 3 partners to go in on the script and each of the partners will have complete resell rights to market the script.
