The licence was purchased on 19th January 2010 and hence, is unavailable for official transfer until 19th April 2010.

I shall however, give you the login information for the account in advance of the formal transfer.

As it can't be sold or transferred until then, we will close this. You may repost your offer in April, and we can verify the sale again then.
