We have been looking for a live sales/support program for a while now and have considered Live Person/Humanclick and many of the others aforementioned in a thread on this board.

This evening we spotted this offer and decided to check it out, after to speaking a really helpful sales rep we purchased the software, installed within 20 mins and away we went.

I have to say that this software is fantastic and in our opinion much better value than its competitors, at only $59 (around £38) for a lifetime license you really can't go wrong.

How much are updates, etc?

I'm just a little confused on the "early bird" and what I get, based on your price list from the web page:

*WHT SPECIAL OFFER Basic License: $59/year (runs off your own server)
*WHT SPECIAL OFFER Advance (Free Upgrades) License: $79/year (runs off your own server)
*WHT SPECIAL OFFER One Time Pay License: $149/lifetime (runs off your own server)

If you purchased the $59 version by tomorrow, you would get the $149 "lifetime" version, that is correct. That is a two day AUTOMATIC upgrade special. The pricing listed on the order page with the other two packages are for when that *expires* tomorrow, then those are the Special Pricing for other WHT users who still want tremendously discounted pricing as compared to what is listed when you visit our site and order direct.

Those particular prices expire on the 15th.

Updates are free with the lifetime version and the free updates version. The basic version is sold as is, with updates done if it is a bug issue, but free updates in terms of features are not included with the basic version!

We just signed up for Groopz. How does your hosted solution compare to theirs? It is certainly cheaper.

If you submit your order by today, we will honor your request despite it being late. In regards to comparison to groopz, we are more gearing to have this as a non-hosted solution, but we do provide the hosted solution if necessary.

On a final note: If anyone else wants to take advantage of the automatic upgrade to lifetime license for only $59 which includes free updates without any more payments due, today is the last day we will be doing the automatic upgrade, otherwise what is listed on the order form is what would be received.

Hi,

Since we are receiving more users emailing stating they saw the ad late, we will honor *all* requests for purchasing up until the 15th when the offer will expire and special order form removed after then. The price of $59 with lifetime upgrades will be valid until the 15th only due to the overwhelming amount of emails received to extend. Therefore we will accept all orders if received by the 15th of December and automatically upgrade each order to the lifetime upgrades/updates.

To answer your question, when we state upgrades or use the word updates, we do mean NEW updates such as new features or any adjustments to the software.

So to clarify... we will sign up on that special form with the basic plan (59) and it will automatically be upgraded to the 149 plan at no extra charge.

Hi,

Once you submit the $59/year package, it is upgraded to the lifetime free upgrades package valued at the WHT special price of $149 but actually $329 at our regular rate. If you are purchasing more than one license, then you enter each site you are purchasing a license for, in the domain name field seperated by commas.
