Some Registars Like Name Cheap have a sell function for domains, Check to see if your domain registar has a sale function.

I've used Sedo, Afternic, BuyDomains and eBay in the past. I've never been impressed with any of them for domain sales, and have had the most luck on eBay. I have found that having a placeholder page with information about the domain, including pricing (search engine optimized doesn't hurt either) will help sell your domain.
