Andrew (the owner/tech/etc..) has always responded to my support tickets. Their reseller account products are always functioning at top performance and support when needed have been soo fast and friendly.

I splite my site between two Reseller server provider and have lucked out with both.

The other is Innohosting.

You can not go wrong with either company. They are rock solid and outstanding.

I love InnoHosting's support, can't tell really much about performance and features, but their staff is amazing.

I've seen and heard some other positive reviews about Innohosting too :)

I was with Dathorn from March 2003 until June 2009. They were (and I bet still) rock solid.

I did leave and now with inno for the last 4 months. So far so good!!

Dathorn is excellent. I used them a few years back to host a personal website.

Yes WHT loves cheap. And Dathorn, was cheap at that time, and he offered a superior service. Something many claimed, but only few provided.
