For billing CC's should I just use my local bank for everything (a lot cheaper, and I don't have to pay $50 - $200 for some software license...

or go with someone like charge.com, paysystems.com, or anyone else just like it...

oh yeah, then i don't have to pay someone like bluepay or any other CC processor..
