As the title states, I'm looking for a RELIABLE (this is the key word) coder, that can code a custom billing platform. A quick list of requirements :
- Can support multiple brands / themes for said brands
- API connectivity to cPanel/WHM/SolusVM
- Helpdesk (for different brand support)
- Expandable. Ideally, everything will be handled by it, including server inventory, passwords, logins, etc
- Multiple control levels, for various staff accessibility
I'm not unreasonable nor do I expect it to be cheap, but I do expect it to be done and not run off with money, only to give multiple excuses as to why there haven't been any updates for months (can you tell I've had bad experiences with coders yet?)
