First of all, I know there are plenty of threads asking about the best live chat software, I did search a lot but I couldn't find which meets my requirements



Must be free
Not LiveZilla
Must have a Windows application
If windows application is not supported then IM chat support like zopim
Unlimited / or at least 5 concurrent chat support
Hosted application or downloadable, doesn't matter
No flash based user interface
At least one operator and one department

Please let me know if you know any such live chat software

My question is, why not LiveZilla? If you want it for free, I think Live Zilla is the best for your needs.

I personally use comma100, but looking at your requirements i think it is not best option for you.

We have already tried livezilla. It just cause load on our server. Plus it frequently disconnect and never reconnects even though I activated the auto reconnect option.

Please do not fill this thread with livezilla and zopim. I've already mentioned about these both.
