I have budget over 70K-80K USD

I need to hire service which can build social network for me, beginning from design and applications ending by hosting and technical monitoring.


So please advise me such companies well experienced in the sphere

The best way to approach this would be to hire a design agency to create a design & brand for you and then get in touch with a development agency to take care of the back-end.

The reason I would recommend hiring 2 different companies is because companies who provide design + development services are very often mediocre.

Also, I wouldn't recommend working with freelancers on a large project like this.

Shortlist few companies as per your criteria and expertise needed and then ask them for a quote. You will get full details such as estimated project time period, cost involved, maintenance cost etc
