Hey just wondering if anyone can guess whats going on over there its killing me.
Im trying to switch to a different provider and lodged a ticket with them asking for them to change my name server ips to my new hosts. After about 10 replies it finaly happens which is good took 4 days. Now its switched back to mocha hosts ips. after more tickets they tell me that the name servers are still set to theirs :eek:
I did a who is and it clearly is pointing to mine and the other accounts i have also load to the old ip so it must be the name server ips?
Is their a way to get access to enom and do it myself? I am never going to register a domain through a host again :wallbash: well an incompetent one at that
even better my hosting with them runs out today and i started the change over a week ago
