Lo,
OK, we have MRTG. But we need it to monitor a virtual interface on the box for an IRCD.
Been told we need some kind of probe to be able have it monitor specific IPs that are not the main interface (eth0).
Does anyone have any further information onto how it can be possible to have MRTG montering virtual interfaces.

Run cfgmaker with the --ifref option.

Assuming you have control of the server, it's probably easiest to use firewall counters.

I said nope not running this. Nah not anywhere
am I right it's a loop script for filling up spammers databases ?

OK, we still cant get this working. getting a bit desperate for this, can anyone suggest anything else?
