(I Dont wanna buy from FOONET).. =D

Could you guys give me few link to where to buy for a IRC Server since alot of provider do not allow IRC..

I Also dont want RS Servers =D

Why don't you want a rackshack server? They are probably your best choice.

I know they will do reverse DNS on a standard domain name.
I haven't found any other places i would want to use and allows IRC.
