yea your license is forever, the membership just allows you access to download newer versions. UBB is such a dead project whats the since in keeping it really. Besides I can work with PHP way better then CGI!

whatever version is available for download right now, i think its 6.3.1.2.

Infopop (owners of UBB) do not allow their licences to be sold :(
