We've been with webreseller for approx 3 months. Their support has been great. Sales/Billing was a bit slow, but their phone number is ALWAYS reachable and their secretary is very nice. Speed has been terrific, I've never experienced any downtime at all. Hardware is excellent. We've never had any problems with webreseller, as a matter of fact we haven't submitted a tech support ticket since our first month. Highly Recommended!

I'd like to see them provide MRTG graphcs for us to see our bandwidth usage.

I second that. I don't see any good reason why they should keep the MRTG graphs for themselves only :)
