I agree. I have also had a bad experience with them. One of our domain names expired and within 30 days they put it into Extended RGP (redemption) wanting $250 per year to release it. Their policy for expiration is non-existent and does not conform to ICANN guidelines. They do not answer e-mail (they are in Mumbai). They are not on the Internic registrar list. I suggest you stay away.

Enom jacked the prices up recently. It's there fees that are being passed onto you.

You are the one that let the domain expire so you can't really blame them when it goes into Extended RGP (redemption).
