I've been browsing policy pages for various hosts and noticed some uncanny similarities between the wording used in the policies for wizardshosting and below10hosts. These guys aren't affiliated with each other, are they? I'm curious if one borrowed from the other, or perhaps hosts just use the same generic templates?

The wizardshosting web pages seem very out of date...as far as I know WH is VDI based but the help/manual pages would have you think they are on Alabanza.

I think they are being reworked but this is one reason why I haven't signed up with them.

Everything is being redesigned at Wizardshosting and the support techs are helping out with everything in the meantime. The great thing about CPanel is that it's so self-explanatory and needs little support.
Yoink, the water's safe, you can go ahead and jump in now.

It's not the ease of use of CPanel - I agree with you there - it's just nice to be able to print off the details of the package that you've signed up to.
