Transfer fee will be covered by buyer which costs US$20.

Hi, I understand that you can get a cheaper license at $200 from LicensePal or elsewhere but this is the pricing I am looking at. This is a direct license from WHMCS where you get an extra license for testing/development purpose which LicensePal does not offer.
