Mdot 12-02-2002, 02:19 AM no one? heh, you must be easy to get root. :D oZz 12-02-2002, 02:21 AM Huh? the grsecurity patch is applied to the kernel not to cpanel itself. What are you talking about? Do you have even have a clue? bambenek 12-02-2002, 02:28 AM I know people that have run it... did you have questions? Mdot 12-02-2002, 02:46 AM Originally posted by oZz Huh? the grsecurity patch is applied to the kernel not to cpanel itself. What are you talking about? Do you have even have a clue? Didn't I said "grsecurity patch applied on their cpanel servers"? I didn't say applied to cpanel. I know what is grsec and where to apply it. ---- bambenek, just wanted to see their /etc/grsec/acl if possible. bambenek 12-02-2002, 02:49 AM I can ask, but I don't have the authority to plop it out on the internet. Will get back to you. Mdot 12-02-2002, 03:00 AM thank you. clockwork 12-02-2002, 04:20 AM Are you looking for a handout for an ACL ruleset that works in CPanel? The grsecurity.net website has decent documentation about using the ACL system. Mdot 12-02-2002, 07:40 AM I know about docs, they're great. I'm running grsec in the learn mode on the high bandwidth server to generate better acls. neonlexx 12-03-2002, 04:53 PM Nocster/BurstNET use grsec patches on their cpanel servers...you should ask them. |
