How hard is it to install Cpanel/WHM in a "pure" Linux RH 7.3 server?

1.wget http://layer1.cpanel.net/cpanel-redhat7.3-install.sea
2. ./cpanel-redhat7.3-install.sea
3. Go get some coffee
4. http://serverip:2086
5. login with root
6. follow the instructions
