Before i joined this forum i signed up for an account on the above named hosting service and was impressed with the service so i signed up for another accout which also was a good service to start with since then i have had nothing but problems with these people with repeated requests for some help in resolving the problems of very slow connection or timing out which were answered in my opinion with excuse after excuse some of which may be true was my logfile was too large so they said that they would put a script in to correct this i asked if it was possible for me to cut the log files down myself and the answer was no fair enough i thought.
The next excuse i was told was because i had a large picture on the frontpage of one of my sites so i removed this and still the same problem i have tried phoning them and nothig get put on a continious loop of being transferred from one extension to another repeted emails for help are what appears to be ignored in short i am totally disgusted with this situation and if i could find another host that would be able to transfer all my web to them including the databases intact i would be going to them as i am a newbie at trying to run my own web this experience has soured me of the idea altogether as my idea was to try and give back something to other people with some of the problems with configuring their computers as others have helped me.
In short i am not a happy chappie with this service and if it is indicative of the sort of service i can expect in the future then i feel that the money i have spent has been a waste not to mention the long hours spent trying to make the website a good experience for the members by adding little features to it each day.
