Must include the following:

- Security features (allow only the correct extensions, buffer overrun etc.)
- Create a thumbnail of random video frame
- Create a HTML page with video included
- .mpg, .wma, .mov, .flv, .mp4, .avi, .qt, .wmv, .rm extensions must be supported
- MySQL database support
