I saw the ads here on WHT for InverseFlow's Help Desk so I decided to check it out. I was extremely impressed when I first saw demos as they were very aestetically pleasing. I decided to give it a try and was quite happy to experience an incredibly easy install. Installation only required a few variables and then I only had to upload the files to the my site. Using the help desk has been easy, I can setup logins with certain priveleges to specific support type questions. So far customers seem to be liking the help desk, it's simple to use so there is no problem. Everything seems to be going very well with the software and the one time when I needed help my question was responded to within a reasonable amount of time. Overall, I am quite satisified with the InverseFlow help desk and would recommend it to companies seeking an intuitive and easy support solution.

I could have sworn I've looked at that product before.. I mean I'm POSITIVE I've looked at it before - I don't remember it looking that nice...

The user of your helpdesk will not know that he is using a third party
product, they will simply assume it is part of your web site.

Customization is absolute as far as user administration is concerned. The
administration template can also be edited via header/footer.
