View Full Version : Any experience with UAspeedyhost.com
salamk 02-28-2010, 04:35 AM Hello everybody..
I wonder whether anyone has any experience with http://uaspeedyhost.com/ as a reseller or as a ordinary hosting?
I didn't see any review about them in this WHT.
They are providing fully 'unlimited' (including space and traffic) reseller hosing, for both Windows and Linux, with a reasonable price. Both Win and linux together only 49.95$/m (http://uaspeedyhost.com/index.php/Reseller-Hosting-Packages.html)
Expecting your comments and suggestions about them.
KMyers 02-28-2010, 08:57 AM Greetings,
I have never had any dealings with this company, but I can never advise a person go with an "Unlimited" hosting provider, these are normally a ticking timebomb for failure.
I didn't see any review about them in this WHT.
How did you come to hear about them?
For the record, it looks like they're using an illegal copy of WHMCS as well. Not a good sign.

You need to pay for that???
I would steer clear if they are using nulled software, it does not speak well for their ethics
SercoNetworks 02-28-2010, 11:15 AM I would not personally recommend any hosting company that advertises 'unlimited disk space'
Also after reading their website I am not very impressed; it seems to be very cheaply done and they have made an embarrassing catalog of basic grammar/spelling mistakes: Our servers are Dual Xeon Servers with remore reboot technology mean if any time our server not responding more than 5 minutes than it will be auto reboot to up the server.
I can confirm from the WHMCS license checker (http://www.whmcs.com/members/verifydomain.php) that they are using an illegal/nulled copy of WHMCS, I have reported to this to WHMCS who will be in contact with the website owner shortly.
I would stay well clear of this company.
Sphexa 02-28-2010, 03:33 PM Any unlimited hosting is garbage IMO.
salamk 03-01-2010, 04:00 AM I think they are using 'AccountLab Plus', not WHMCS. They are offering also AccountLab Plus along with the reseller hosting.
How did you came to conclusion that they are using WHMCS?

Greetings,
Their WHMCS Client Portal is located at http://www.uaspeedyhost.com/account/. The Outdated Nulled Version has the "Powered by WHMCS Complete Solution" branding illegally removed. This can make detection harder but they did not change the admin directory, which clearly states WHMCS (http://www.uaspeedyhost.com/account/admin/login.php)
agustan 03-01-2010, 08:54 AM Wow, thanks for your review guys. I will avoid this company for sure, as they are using illegal WHMCS for commercial business. Not a very good sign.
KMyers 03-01-2010, 03:14 PM Greetings,
It appears that they just got their DMCA a few minutes ago. I was looking at their page when i got a phone call. When I came back the /accounts/ directory is now comming back to a 403.

salamk 03-01-2010, 04:28 PM Hello KDisk,
So, you are right. They were using illegal version of WHMCS.
Thanks for revealing their mask.
salamk 03-03-2010, 01:54 AM I was anxious to see their further action. Now I can see that, they have brought up the client area client.uaspeedyhost.com and when I checked the WHMCS license verification, it is now licensed!!!
Being forced to "get legal" is still not an encouraging sign, it simply means they were contacted and made to buy a license, probably under threat of being shut down. Hardly a sign of trust...
YDGH-Corey 03-03-2010, 11:45 AM I would not deal with unlimited reseller packages or anything of the likes. That is very sketchy.
khulet22 03-04-2010, 11:33 AM IMHO Better take the one you pay than free. This is the best idea I can provide. That is base on my own experience. :)
