I have perl desk installed and having a small problem. All was well for weeks, until the staff.cgi page quit working from my home computer only. I can access it from other computers, but not my computer at home. I can access the admin.cgi and the pdesk.cgi, but not the staff.cgi. I have reuploaded that page, verified permission, etc.
Any thoughts?

Have you tried adding another staff ? ....and check if it's working
OR
login as "admin" and delete the "staff" first and "add new" again.
Thanks for the suggestion. I just tried it and still get page not found on the staff.cgi page
Thanks,
Rob

I've not encountered this particular problem personally, but I just noticed the Perl Desk forums were back online. You may want to try there.

Thats very strange, did you try:
http://srlhosting.com/cgi-bin/staff.cgi
instead of
http://www.srlhosting.com/cgi-bin/staff.cgi
?
Does PerlDesk support restricted access? If so check that... Try clearing your browsers cache and offline files... I am just guessing...

Well I am sure that I had tried this before, but Cameron wins the prize. Without the www it works, but still will not with it. The other two pages work fine either way. Oh well, it is not mine to question why. Or maybe it is  but thanks for the help.
Thanks to all,
Rob

Yea I win:) Doble check your domains DNS zone files. When this starts to happen it usually means a DNS change is starting to propagate. Check with your registrar too as some of them like to revert a domain to point back to their name servers for the fun of it.
