I have decided to use this but I have a problem..
Since I am new to this web host, I do not know what to do..
Can somebody help me??

First of all, which "UnitedHosting" are you referring to? - URL? I know of more than one.

Secondly, what is your problem? What is it that you do not know how to do?

Just overall, I do not know how to use this...that is my problem..

Are you having troubles operating the control panel? Uploading your website?

Could you please tell us what about Unitedhosting.co.uk you don't know how to use?

Ok, this is my first time paying for a web host and building a web site and therefore it is more complicated compare to lycos...
Also, I got the ftp address from unitedhosting.co.uk and when i logged into the ftp address, there are a lot of folders and i am lost...~!!
I do not know where to upload the "community" files (if you know what i mean)....

Yeah i sent an e-mail to Simon and Matt and hoping to get reply from both of them...
Its 5 a.m. here now in Uk and I am very tired...Been staying up trying to solve this problem...
But i guess i need Simon and Matt's help to solve this..

Upload your files to either HTTPDocs, or Public_HTML depending on which is there.

Hi zadiac8319 You have all the information you need in the welcome email,
I also sent you a tutorial on uploading your files.

your php/html files go into the "mainwebsite_html" folder you see when you FTP in.

Let me know if you are still having problems.

P.S. your url is your .tk domain you have forwarding to your account - thats all working fine :)
