Depends on the platform you working with!
Windows w/ MS SQL or Access
Or Linux with MySQL?
Choices are many. We are developing our own inhouse solution similar to Yahoo Stores. We will offer it as a seperate service even and branding then our hosting company.
For our web hosting accounts we'll be offering a free simple PayPal system.
Other ASP Carts Include:

http://www.tek9.com/
Here's a list of pretty much every ASP cart our there:

Good luck as for PHP, well I'm a windows guy so I am sure some others will shed some lite on the topic.

Not sure on about the pricing but as far as I know there is only one ChilliASP.
However, I highly recommend against advertising ASP hosting using it as you will have a lot of support inquiries regarding it.
This is my experience working from the developer's standpoint: I worked on an ASP project for a client and it was a nightmare trying to get native ASP to work on ChilliSoft. Maybe others have experienced different, but that is how it worked in my case.
