I am being contacted by one dedicated server provider through PM and gave me offers. Do you allow it here in WHT?

First part of the rules:

If you SPAM our members in any manner, your account will be disabled. Do not contact anyone to suggest your product or service who is not explicitly expecting you to contact them from an advertising forum post. If you glean information from anywhere other than the advertising forums and use that information to contact someone and present an offer, it's SPAM and it will affect your WHT account standing.

Nope it is not allowed. If this happens report there pm.

You may contact a host via PM for more details if you see them floating around and initiate the contact. However a host is not permitted to contact you to initiate the contact. If they do, please hit the "Report" button at the top of the PM itself to alert the mods.

I do love it when I get them. Especially with my title as "Retired moderator" - you'd think some people would have a bit more sense (some of these people who PM-spam me have managed thousands of posts!). Or maybe they just think I'm old and senile and have forgotten the rules so won't care :angel:
