You won't find them any cheaper. If you have over XX amount of licenses with DA, however, you can purchase their "Internal Bulk Lifetime" licenses at a reasonable price. But I think it is cPanel for VPS. It is because VPS & Dedicated servers cPanel license are at different prices.
