I'm with hostmatix.com and, yes, again I have a problem, my site is down, again.

I checked all DNS settings etc. for the domain and they're fine, I checked everything on my side, and all is correct, yet I cannot access it...can all of you?

I've submitted a ticket, I doubt i'll get a reply until tomorrow night/monday morning, as I've experienced many times.

The representative who is on AIM was active a few hours ago, I tried talking to him/her but got no reply.

Now the rep is still on AIM but has been idle for almost an hour.

MSN: No one online.

Live help on their site: It was "available" for a moment, so I went in, it told me to wait, I reloaded their homepage, it was now unavailable.

Exactly the same here, they're back to the "top" again! The new server is really fast and I'm on it...

The support is back at it's best, and replies come in now...thumbs back up to hostmatix as it's again a good host , we could say it has been "reborn"

I wouldn't recommend a host without URLs would I?

Just as you posted this....! Ironic isn't it. Same thing with UnitedColo, you post about them finally overcoming downtime problems and minutes later their network is under attack!

I can't access your site either.

It's weird, I posted that yesterday and things were really picking up but today it's been down all day :(
