Anyway, Veo, seriously, what these guys are trying to say is getting someone with some good experience is going to cost you more than $30...for a budget of around $30 you are only going to receive something that you can probably already do yourself.

Just some good advice really, but if can get a bit more, there are a few designers on here who are quick on the mark to receive some low paid work.

when you offer low price design work you not only hurt your self but you hurt other designers around you.

when you lower your prices your compition lowers their prices..and then you lower yours and the cycle continues.

also low prices = low support, low skill, low usage

i agree with you. People are more and more lowering prices to be able to sell their designs. Within some time, good work will be sold for 20-30$. I think that's a shame.

Anyway, good luck with finding some1 to do the job.

The "not-lowering-price-any-lower-than" is actually an economic system to balance things out and have good prices. By the Theory of Games + Economic Behaviour there are 2 strategies. One is Coorprative and the other uncoorprative meaning some one will think that they can lower their price while the others won't. Then the prices are really low.

Anyways - who would want magia resold a thousands of times layout. For a good layout the price has to be good as well.
