MAIL protocols: APOP(MD5 crypt), SMTP(MD5 crypt) - very important!
Access to website Control Panel through SSL(SSH,Kerberous) - very important!
FTP access(SFTP/SCP through SSH) - very important!
1 MySQL database - not so important...
CGI-BIN
PHP
SSI
OpenPGP installed(not so important...)
full .HTACCESS control(!)
Ability to view LOG files(error.log, web.log etc.)(!)
Price for month pay - up to $20 - or your price
