Hello,
I recently moved my web site to a host that uses cPanel. I like most of the cPanel features but the logs are awful. I need access to my error logs and that feature doesn't seem to work. I'm trying to work out some script problems and all I know is that I'm getting 500 errors, I need the details but they're not available to me.
Also, the raw logs are kept for a full month in one file - then a new file is started. So I lose whatever happened between my last download and the start of a new file. Last month's log file got way too big, downloading and opening was quite time consuiming. I need daily logs.
Are all cPanel plans like this?
Thanks for any insight, I'm having an awful time.
