What are the right steps for run a LLC in Delaware and Adense ?

The bank account can stay in Us or must be outside Us for taxes ?

And what taxe information I must fill out.

When setting up LLC in US and getting EIN, it depend how you elect your LLC to be treated, if as corproation then you are taxed on worldwide income, if as partnership then it is pass through entity and you are taxed on members' level. This mean if your country have treaty with US you report and pay taxes in your country, if not then you pay taxes in US. This is in general in short, but consult with US accountant for more details. Where you have account it does not matter.
