We have never offered dedicated hosting. We don't want to configure or support it, but I am getting a lot of requests for dedicated service.

I really would like to offer dedicated, but don't have the resources to support it on my own...

How would you rank the best sites that offer reselling or just affiliate commision on dedicated sales?
