Once again I'm getting mad packetloss from WebReseller. I've had so many problems with their network this is really starting to annoy me... Why does it seem that they are the only provider that has DOS attacks? I can't bank my business off a provider who has frequent DOS attacks.

Please get these resolved quickly.

When we get attacked, we act quickly, as you can see this one was resolved in a matter of less then 15 minutes...

If your not happy with them then the logical thing to do would be to move to a provider which does not allow irc related services.

As mentioned in a post earlier that has been deleted, this happens to many companies all the time. You can have protective measures in place to stop it, however, if someone once to attack a network they are going to. We have seen this happen to some of the largest hosting companies out there to the smaller guys.

Response time is the most crucial, what devices do you have in place to detect and resolve the problem qucikly. These are 2 things that we have and have done... I hope this helps you
