Not sure if this is the right forum. Couldn't think of anywhere top put it. Please don't flame if it's not. Anyways heres the delima. I got a server at rackshack. It has like 30-40 sites on it. Now some of them load extremly fast, the name based ones. There's one IP based one and it loads ok (att-traffic.com). Now one of my name based sites (catchtraffic.com) loads incredibly slow. ITs been over 72 hours since I changed the dns settings. But my friend in Australia says it takes over 2 minutes to load. And another friend in the USA says that it can't even resolve the name. Any ideas whats goin on?

Is 207.44.172.18 the correct IP address for catchtraffic.com? This is the IP that get's returned from DNS, but that IP does not appear to respond to HTTP requests, so either this IP is incorrect, apache is not configured to respond to this IP, or apache is down.
