You should check http://www.dotnetpanel.com/dotnetpanel/ or http://www.parallels.com/products/plesk/ or once it's released http://www.cpanel.com/windows/overview.html

If you run Windows, you want to use IIS7. That is the only way to get all of the Windows centric features. If you want to use Apache, just use Linux.

There's not such a thing, I guess.

Like, for Apache, there is no control panel, just installer such as XAMPP or AppServ.

Helm and Plesk are definitely both good options for Windows. Enkompass does look promising as well once it's out.

MSDNS is free and comes in Additional components of Windows itself.

You can run apache on Plesk Windows but I wouldn't recommend it. But yes, can be done if you are a bit of a nutter. :D

DotNetPanel is robust, scalable, it's very simple in use, and great support.
Its fine for the windows.

Another recommendation for DotNetPanel. Can't think of one for Apache on Windows.

I can't think of a reason to use Apache on Windows over IIS. You still have to pay for your Windows license as if you where using IIS and you get to use none of the Windows specific features such as .Net. If you are dead set on using Apache Linux would be a better OS and there are a plethora of CP's you can choose from.

For Linux Cpanel is the best panel. If you wish to manage both under same shelf using one GUI then HSphere and Hosting Controller are 2 big names.

Hosting Controller (http://hostingcontroller.com) is the best out there with minimal license cost. It has a 100 domains license at a very good rate.

Plus the features are unmatched.

Cpanel's Enkompass: IIS
Dotnetpanel: IIS
Zpanel: Apache
HostingController: only supports Apache under Linux

Your choices are limited.

The only other Apache under Windows control panel is one that I use on my dev box but it's not browser based (it's a WPF Windows app) and it's out of the price range if you are looking for something that's free.

Only Hosting Controller among the panels offer hosting on multiple platforms but I am wondering when would they release Linux only panel because this is the only restriction which they have for the hosts who wish to offer only the Linux hosting. Lets see how soon they make it out.

Your saying Cpanel is the best windows control panel when it isn't even released yet? C'mon. Fanboi much.
