Where did you get that from?
Hi Ryan,
maybe it's already too late to offer you our help, but let me try.
At Help4Hosters (http://www.help4hosters.com) you can get 5 hours of remote network administration for $75; and this time will be spent on securing of your server.
Let me also add that our hourly fees for Unix/Linux network administration range from $11.50 to $15, depending on the number of hours you order.
If you are interested, please email us at support@help4hosters.com or PM me.
